You might recognise yourself here...
✓ You are the first to give yourself a hard time, and the last to show yourself compassion.
✓ You feel disconnected from your body and your own knowing. You rely mostly on your mind to figure things out, yet the answers feel further away than ever.
✓ You are self-aware, and yet still caught in patterns of self-criticism, overwhelm, or the quiet sense that something is wrong with you.
✓ You struggle to trust yourself fully. Your timing, your needs, your decisions.
✓ You long for peace. Not just happiness, but a genuine sense of ease within yourself.
✓ You crave a way of living that feels calmer, more aligned, and more compassionate, but you don't yet know how to access it.
There is nothing wrong with you. You are living out of rhythm with yourself.
What becomes possible
✓ You feel calmer and lighter within yourself. The thoughts and emotions that once overwhelmed you become something you can meet with curiosity and compassion rather than fear or judgement.
✓ You begin to own your own experience. Your feelings, your needs, your timing. They start to make sense, and you stop apologising for them.
✓ The inner critic softens. Long-held beliefs around worthiness, lovability, and being enough begin to loosen their grip. You start relating to yourself with a kindness that once felt out of reach.
✓ You feel safer in your body. Rather than overriding it or trying to control it, you begin to receive it as a source of wisdom and guidance.
✓ You discover your inner strength as a resource. You look back at all the versions of yourself that brought you here and feel, perhaps for the first time, genuinely proud of how far you have come.
✓ You find balance. Between action and rest. Between turning inward and engaging with the world. Between holding your pain and allowing yourself joy.
And perhaps most importantly, you find peace. Not the absence of difficulty, but a genuine sense of ease within yourself. A quiet knowing that you are on your path, and that you can trust yourself to navigate whatever unfolds.
How we work together
My sessions are grounded in menstrual cycle awareness, embodiment, and curiosity. Rather than pushing for answers, we learn to listen together, to your body, your emotions, and your inner wisdom.
Each session begins by helping you arrive in your body and locate where you are emotionally, energetically, and within your cycle or season. From there we explore what you are moving through, using guided visualisation, somatic practices, and reflective inquiry to access insight beyond the mind. We close each session with small, realistic practices you can bring into your daily life, rituals, reflections, boundaries, or actions aligned with your current season.
A thread that runs through all of our sessions is the power of guided visualisation and inner child work. These practices take us beneath the surface of the mind and into the body, where real insight lives. We journey to meet your past selves, your future self, and the parts of you that have been waiting to be seen and held. Many women describe these as the moments that stay with them long after the session ends.
Sessions are held online or in person in Bristol.
In our work together you can expect a safe, non-judgemental space where you are met exactly where you are. You move at your own pace, feeling seen, heard, and supported throughout.
You will be challenged to see yourself differently, and you will leave each session feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected to yourself. Seen, heard, and reminded of the inner strength that was always there.
The Package
Six sessions of 60 minutes each.
In my experience working with women, real and lasting change does not happen in a single session. It unfolds slowly, in layers, as trust deepens and insights have time to be felt and integrated. Six sessions gives us the space and continuity to go beneath the surface, to notice patterns, to celebrate how far you have come, and to support you in building a genuinely different relationship with yourself.
After each session you will receive a personal set of notes and reflections, so that nothing important is lost and you feel held between our meetings. You are also supported with journal prompts and small, nourishing practices to help you integrate what you uncover in the days that follow.
Between sessions I hold you with accountability, not pressure, but an encouraging presence that helps you follow through on what matters to you, and celebrates every shift, however small it may seem.
