Menstruality Mentorship
You might recognise yourself here...
✓ Your period is something you manage, medicate, or push through. A monthly interruption to get past, rather than a part of you.
✓ You couldn't say, right now, where you are in your cycle. It happens to you each month, but you have never really been introduced.
✓ You've spent years overriding your body. Powering through tiredness, ignoring the pull to slow down, treating rest as something you have to earn.
✓ You expect the same energy from yourself every single day, and quietly criticise yourself when you can't deliver it.
✓ You've heard women speak about cycle awareness, inner seasons, living in rhythm, and something in you leans closer. You don't fully understand it yet, but you can't quite look away either.
✓ And beneath it all, a quiet sense that your body has been trying to tell you something. You just haven't been taught how to listen.
You are not broken, and you are not behind. You were simply never taught this. Most of us weren't.
What becomes possible
✓ You learn the language of your own cycle. Not from an app or a textbook, but from paying attention to your lived experience, month by month.
✓ You discover the four inner seasons of your cycle, and life starts to make a different kind of sense. The days you feel unstoppable and the days you can barely face your inbox stop feeling random, and start feeling like rhythm.
✓ Your period shifts from inconvenience to information. Instead of dreading it, you begin to meet it as a monthly invitation to pause, release, and begin again.
✓ You stop demanding a constant output from yourself. You learn when to push and when to rest, and how to place your energy where it naturally wants to go.
✓ The self-criticism softens. You realise your changeability was never a flaw. It is the design. And once you understand the design, you can finally work with yourself instead of against yourself.
✓ You build a simple daily practice of checking in with your body, one that fits inside a real life, with work and relationships and everything else.
And perhaps most importantly, you come home. To your body, to your rhythm, to a quiet inner authority that has been waiting for you all along.
The lineage this work comes from
This mentorship is rooted in menstrual cycle awareness as developed by Red School, founded by Alexandra Pope and Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer, authors of Wild Power. Their work reveals the menstrual cycle as an inner guidance system, a path of self-knowledge and power that unfolds month after month.
It is also deeply informed by the work of Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, author of Yoni Shakti, with whom I trained in yoga therapy for women's health. Her teachings on womb yoga bring the wisdom of the cycle into the body, through breath, rest, and deep listening.
I weave these lineages together with my own training and lived practice, so that what you receive is not theory, but a way of living you can feel.
Not sure if this is for you? That question is welcome too. The discovery call is an informal conversation. Come as you are, curiosity and all.
