There are many ways to come home to yourself
Whether you are drawn to the intimacy of one-to-one work, the nourishment of a weekly practice, or the medicine of gathering with other women in Bristol, all of my offerings are rooted in the same intention: to support you in reconnecting with your body, your cycles, and your own inner wisdom.
1:1 Sessions
For the woman who is tired of being the hardest person in her own life.
If you find yourself caught in cycles of self-criticism and overwhelm. If you give yourself a hard time and struggle to find your way back to peace. If you long to trust yourself more, to feel at home in your own skin, and to stop being pulled in all directions by a mind that won't slow down.
If what feels most missing right now is simply this: to feel at ease with yourself.
This is a space held entirely for you. Not to fix you, because there is nothing wrong with you. But to help you remember what you already know. Together we work with your body, your emotions, and the natural rhythms of your life as a map, so you can begin to meet yourself with compassion rather than judgement, and return to the relationship that matters most. The one you have with yourself.
Women's Circles
For the woman longing to be witnessed
Women have gathered in circle for as long as we can remember. To sit together. To listen. To be witnessed. To return to what is true.
My women's circles in Bristol are guided by the rhythms of the moon, gathering around the New Moon and Full Moon. Through meditation, embodied movement, journaling, ritual, and shared reflection, you are invited to slow down, feel, and remember that you are not alone and connect with the inner seasons, and the inner cycles of womanhood.
Each circle is a non-judgemental, confidential, and intentional space. We gather biweekly in St George, Bristol. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Yoga Classes
For the woman who wants to come back to her body through movement, breath and awareness.
These classes are an invitation to arrive home in your body.
My classes are inspired by the elements and the seasons, creating a space where we remember our interconnectedness with nature. Each class is an opportunity to listen to what your body needs and to move in a way that honours where you are right now.
My teaching is rooted in a deep respect for the body as a place of intelligence and healing.
Classes are held weekly at St George, Bristol, and are open to all levels.
